PROJECT DELIVERY
Turnkey projects
For customers who want a coordinated building project rather than a stand-alone structure, ARBENA can agree a broader delivery scope. The precise responsibilities are set out for each location and contract.

One coordinated project, defined responsibilities
ARBENA combines design, component manufacture, transport, installation and after-sales support. A coordinated project can simplify communication, ensure that the structure and site works are compatible, and clarify the interfaces between participants.
The term “turnkey” does not automatically mean that every permit, utility connection or civil work is included in all countries. The contract identifies what ARBENA supplies directly, what is coordinated with partners and what remains the client’s responsibility.
What a turnkey scope can include
The solution is tailored to the project. Typical elements are technical design, structural components, the building envelope, transport, assembly and handover; additional works can be reviewed separately.
Groundworks, foundations and connections
Where required, the project can involve preparation of the site, concrete supports, surface finishes, doors or technical installations. Engineering responsibility, subcontracted works, local approvals and utility connections are agreed case by case.
Design and calculations
Site layout and structural concept based on local conditions.
Manufacturing
Steel members, covering and specified accessories.
Transport and installation
Delivery, site coordination and assembly under an agreed programme.
Additional works
Foundations, access, installations or finishing works when specifically included.
How responsibility is divided
We document the agreed project scope, site readiness, applicable technical standards, required local approvals, responsibilities for ground conditions and handover criteria. This makes the commercial proposal clearer and reduces uncertainty during implementation.
