A single coordinated process connects the initial enquiry, engineering, manufacturing, delivery, installation and after-sales support. We agree the scope and responsibilities before production and site work begin.

Site data, snow and wind actions, layout, clear height and the structural configuration are assessed before specifying the building.

Turnkey projectsDesign and engineering
We assess the project location, snow and wind loads, ground conditions, required clear span, openings and operating use. The technical solution is then specified for the applicable Eurocodes and National Annexes.
Delivery and installation
ARBENA organises delivery and installation for projects abroad. Site readiness, lifting equipment, anchoring and handover requirements are agreed in advance. Installation time is not the same as the overall project lead time.
Service, maintenance and relocation
Service may include inspections, adjustment or repair of the membrane and replacement of suitable parts. Relocation or extension is considered where the existing system and the new site permit it.
Turnkey projects
Where agreed, the scope can be extended to coordinate further preparation and delivery stages. The exact responsibilities, permits and groundwork arrangements depend on the contract and local rules.
