ARBENA manufactures building systems in Poland, combining engineering, steel components and membrane technology. Production takes place in Siemianowice Śląskie, while the company’s head office is in Katowice. We develop solutions for industry, logistics, recycling and agriculture.

What our own production line changes for you
Since 2012, ARBENA has developed fabric-covered buildings around the intended use of the space. The working process links an initial brief, structural assessment, component selection and manufacturing with site preparation and installation.
Owning the product concept and coordinating manufacturing helps us check whether the proposed frame, covering, access and anchoring form a suitable system. It does not replace the structural verification required for each location.
Steel, coatings and quality control
Our current systems use cold-formed steel structural members together with a tensioned PVC/PES covering. The catalogue identifies HX420 steel and oval FT90 and FT150 profiles. The profile type, connectors, bracing and spacing depend on the chosen model and the loads to be carried.
The company materials specify Magnelis® corrosion protection, with ZM430 for the documented system. The actual grade and component scope should be checked against the order specification. Correct operation and maintenance remain important even with corrosion-resistant materials.
Material certificates and traceability
Relevant material certificates and component records are checked against the ordered specification. The documentation and traceability available for a particular system must be confirmed before they are described as complete.
Membranes and equipment specified for the application
The standard covering described in the technical documents is a reinforced PVC/PES membrane of 670 g/m². A separate 650 g/m² membrane variant has documented reaction-to-fire performance B-s1,d0. BROOF(t1) applies to a tested roof assembly, not to every membrane or building as standard.
Depending on the project, the design may include end walls, gates, ventilation, insulation and additional enclosure. The membrane has a 10-year warranty under the applicable terms, including depreciation; service life and warranty are different concepts.
Eurocode compliance and documentation for local authorities
The building structure and anchoring are assessed against snow and wind actions for the actual site and the applicable national parameters. CE-related documents, conformity evidence and any fire classification must correspond to the ordered product or assembly; not every declaration applies to every building.
ARBENA cites ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 for its management systems. These certifications do not replace project calculations, authority approvals or a local assessment of planning requirements.
Warranty and service across borders
ARBENA welcomes enquiries from international markets, including outside Europe. The product warranty, technical documentation, local requirements and any service or installation arrangements are assessed for each project. International availability is not a claim of completed projects in every market.
The membrane warranty is 10 years under contractual terms, including amortisation. Maintenance, transport, installation and after-sales support follow the agreed scope; the covering warranty does not guarantee the service life of the entire building.
