DELIVERY & INSTALLATION
Delivery and installation
The installation of an ARBENA building is planned together with the structure itself. Transport, unloading, access, anchoring, assembly and handover must all fit the location and the agreed project scope.
Installation coordinated around your site
ARBENA organises transport and assembly for projects in Europe and beyond, subject to the practical and legal requirements of the destination. The installation team, lifting equipment and site sequence are coordinated for the approved configuration.
Before work starts, responsibilities for site access, ground preparation, unloading areas, electricity and any local permits or inspections are defined with the client. Whether particular tasks are handled by ARBENA or another party is confirmed in the contract.
How installation runs on site
The exact programme depends on the building, its dimensions, the anchoring method and the readiness of the site. We plan the steps together with the customer.
Site preparation and what we need from you
A safe and accessible work area is essential. We check vehicle access, unloading space, support conditions, necessary lifting equipment and the agreed handover requirements before scheduling assembly.
-
Site readiness
Access, terrain or slab, unloading space and any local prerequisites.
-
Delivery
Transport and dispatch coordinated with the site and assembly schedule.
-
Assembly
Frame, bracing, anchors, membrane tensioning and agreed accessories.
-
Handover
Checks and project-specific documents under the agreed scope.
Typical installation times
On a small, straightforward building, on-site assembly may sometimes take one or two working days after the site has been prepared. Larger or more complex projects require an individual schedule. Design, manufacturing, transport and formalities are separate stages and are not included in a short installation estimate.
